Information collected
Account information may include name, email, phone, organisation, designation and profile details. Participation records may include votes, comments, reactions, bookmarks and survey answers. Limited technical hashes may be stored to reduce duplicate survey submissions.
How information is used
Information may be used to operate accounts, record participation, prevent abuse, moderate content, provide publisher reports, improve accessibility and respond to support requests. It should not be reused for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis and notice.
Research surveys
Survey publishers are responsible for explaining the study purpose, lawful basis, eligibility, retention period and whether sensitive or personally identifiable information is requested. Collect only data necessary for the stated research objective.
Access and disclosure
Administrators can access moderation and account data. Consultation publishers can export responses to surveys they own. Access should be configured carefully, and raw personal information should not be published in public dashboards.
Security and retention
Production deployments should use HTTPS, strong administrator passwords, regular backups, limited hosting access and timely software updates. Administrators should establish documented retention, deletion and incident-response procedures.
Your choices
Depending on the deployment and applicable law, users may request access, correction or deletion of account information. Contact the platform team through the contact page for privacy-related enquiries.
